What countries do you ship too?

We currently only ship to the UK.

What are my delivery options to the UK?

2 or more items = £4.95*
*all items delivered to 1 address.
Place your order by 18:00 GMT and expect delivery within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that an additional day may be needed for deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote areas like the Highlands and Islands of the UK.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

1 x Item = £4.95
2 or more items = £5.95*
*all items delivered to 1 address.

Place your order by 18:00 GMT for Next working day delivery. Please be aware that next working day delivery is not available for shipments to Northern Ireland and remote areas of the UK such as the Highlands and Islands, due to an additional day required for delivery.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

Once your order is placed, our team starts preparing it right away. Once preparation begins, we are unable to make changes. If you need to modify your order urgently, we will do our best to assist you, but it may not always be possible.

I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email.  Has my order been placed successfully?

Your confirmation email may take up to 30 minutes to arrive.  If you still don’t receive an email you can log into your online account.  From here, you will see your ‘Orders’ where you can check the status of your order.  If you order is not showing, please give us a call on 07916 116352.
